This drawing is called "Four Letter Words a.k.a. Profanity in Movies". It was done entirely with a ballpoint pen on paper, and coloured in Photoshop.

This is the uncoloured B&W version.

The theme behind this "mashup" drawing is bad language in movies -- and the drawing has all these little references to memorable instances of swearing on film! (Interesting, eh?)
